At this time, our boxes are a surprise each month! However, we do offer several themes or preference options during the sign-up process (e.g., fishing-focused, hunting-focused, or a mix of both). This helps us tailor the products to your main interests.

Can I skip a month or pause my subscription?

Yes! We offer flexibility with your subscription. You can skip a month or pause it anytime by emailing customer service at help@yukonridgebox.com. Just let us know before your account renews on the 1st, and we’ll adjust your next box accordingly.

When will my box ship?

All boxes are shipped after the 20th of each month. Depending on your location, delivery times may vary, but you can expect to receive your box within 3-5 business days after it ships.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we do not ship internationally but we will be able to soon

How do I update my shipping address or payment information?

You can easily update your shipping address and payment details by emailing your changes two customer service at help@yukonridgebox.com. Please update this information before the next billing cycle to avoid any delays.

Can I gift a subscription box?

Yes, you can! Yukon Ridge Box makes a great gift for outdoor enthusiasts. Simply add the recipient's name to the receiver's name section when you are in the selection process of your Box.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We’re sorry to see you go! If you decide to cancel, you can do so at any time by emailing customer service at help@yukonridgebox.com. Please note that cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming box.

What happens if my box is lost or damaged in transit?

If your box is lost or damaged, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your shipment, and we’ll resolve the issue. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and ensure you’re taken care of.
